Lead Practitioner - Community Services

3 posts based at Ashford, Canterbury and Thanet

Following a recent service review we are entering an exciting time in our 25yr history, expanding our community services to enable us to provide care for more people living with life limiting illness. In order to take forward our development work we are seeking to appoint 3 new Lead Practitioner posts for our community service teams.

Applicants will require a good understanding of the dynamics of community based interdisciplinary working and services, and have the skills and qualifications to combine the functions of expert practice, service development, leadership and service management. We are looking for high calibre applicants who are motivated, committed and flexible in their approach. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate and champion a creative & ‘can do’ ideal. Importantly you need to be able to lead others through changes and deliver to tight timescales in a complex and demanding environment.

In return we can provide you with an excellent working environment where your skills and expertise will be able to flourish. We also provide a competitive salary, generous holiday and the scope to actively shape and take forward our services for the future.

For an informal discussion about the posts please contact

Paula Evans, Nursing Director on 01227 812609
