To apply, right-click on  download the application form,   and press "save target as..." or "save link target as" depending on your browser. The form (in Microsoft Word format) will be downloaded to your PC. Save the file in a suitable location, you can then print the form and fill it in by hand, or edit the form on your PC. You can then post or email the completed form to the membership secretary (details are on the form).
